I took this photo at my childhood home today. It is also the home of my paternal Grandmother. This is a view from the back porch in front of what used to be a greenhouse.
I took my daughter and we had a good visit with Grandmother. I always take a nap at her house! Her home makes me sleepy. It could be that my allergies get aggravated from the 1970's rainbow shag carpet, I suppose. I'll have to get a photo of that carpet to share with you all the next time I visit her.
Yeah...well, I joined the Self Portrait Thursday Vox group two weeks ago and then the day before I was to post a photo I had a blood vessel in my left eye to burst. Yeah. It was incredibly bloody looking, so I didn't take a photo. The residual blood is almost all gone now so I'll post this Thursday.
