There are issues with copying and pasting from a word processing document to Vox, so I will only be able to provide you with a downloadable PDF of the pattern, located in my sidebar under My Links. One day after the Holidays I'll type up the whole pattern for you here in my post.
The pattern link is now in Ravelry.com and I have been dubbed an official designer. I guess I'd better start coming up with some original designs now!
Many thanks to my proof readers and test knitters, namely Bonnie, Donna, Jen, Katie, Linda, Sara and Susanna. Especially Linda Welch, who kindly gave permission for me to adapt her lace chart from the Spring Forwards socks. Such a gracious lady.
Also, Ellie of Crazy4Dyeing is now my supplier for the heavier laceweight yarn needed for the size 0 needles! Her new line, ElfinLace is a lovely 2-ply cashmere/silk blend in lovely semi-solids.
I finally worked up the gauge swatch for the Elfin Lace yarn...12 sts, 14 rows in stockinette equals 1 inch. I'll add this information to the PDF as soon as possible.
See THIS post.
Enjoy the pattern!

We had a wonderful time last Wednesday night at Fiber Therapy as our memeber Brenda demonstrated how to weave baskets. She was so kind as to bring her basket weaving supplies and let some of us have a go at it. Check out the results! (click on photos for larger views)
Some of the group brought their reading material and knitting. It's a great place to come and hang out...even if you don't have any works in progress with you! You'll learn a lot and be able to ogle everyone else's fiber creations!
Public Announcement: FIBER THERAPY is now in session!
Fiber Therapy is the Burleson Area Fiber Artist's weekly get-together, meeting on the southern Tarrant County Line in Burleson, Texas. (Just below Fort Worth and Arlington)
Some surrounding areas are Crowley, Joshua, Keene, Cleburne, Alvarado, Rendon, Everman, Arlington, and Fort Worth.
We welcome everyone who's into any 'portable' fiber craft, such as:
Spinning
Weaving
Knitting
Crochet

I came up with this idea to recycle my Christmas cards one year, made a funny little tutorial and posted it on Craftster. The only problem was that it was really pixelated because of Craftster's automatic resizing of the photos and the fact that I only have MS Paint to do any graphics now that I'm a SAHM! So...Here is the tutorial in easier to read photos!
Great for gifting your handmade soaps, jewelry, homemade food treats, gift cards, etc.
I like to have my friends and family save their old greeting cards for this purpose!!!
I wonder if people will get the Festivus reference,
What would YOU do? Leave these 650 yards of my handspun lace-weight singles as singles...or ply it against itself? I haven't knitted lace yet, but I want to learn. Then, I am in a sock knitting phase and it would be about sock weight if I ply it!
However, how many yards will I have left if I ply it? Will it be enough for an adult pair of socks???
Of course, if I sold it, I could have enough money for a ball winder...which would be excellent...because I am borrowing my friend Brenda's today and she'll need it back eventually.
Argh...I can't decide! I'll probably just do two at a time toe-up socks and then if I run out of yarn, I'll make them into footies!
I updated my Etsy shop with some more vintage fabric today. It's just the greatest!!! If I had more time to sew, I would keep it and use it, for sure...but I must make more time to SPIN YARN!!!
I intend to put some of my handspun in my shop when I get it spun and dyed, so be on the look out!
Have a great day!!!

Well, my Vox (once again) is not cooperating with PhotoBucket...so I'll have to just insert these photos directly into my post.
Check out this seriously cool mermaid fabric that I just listed in my Etsy! Edit: SOLD!

Man, I'm getting a bit peeved at this whole mess...no one is responding to my request for help, Edit: finally...someone from Vox said that they would have someone look into it. either. Sorry to vent, but I thought y'all should know. You may have read already that I cannot share any of my photos from my PhotoBucket account that are older than my sign-up date with Vox. That is really stinky...since I have about 30 completed craft projects that I would have shared.
Oh well...what do you want for free? Your money back?
Oh, Vox...redeem thyself and I'll gladly change this rant into a rave!!!
